Updated bear observation data and reference notes added for chapters. Author has written extensively on western natural history and national park topics and at the time of this edition was employed in the Research Division of Yellowstone National Park, but observes that the material is his own report. 318 pages + x. Published by High Plains Publishing Co. Condition: new as it has never circulated from a wholesaler's inventory.
